Dzyga's Paw Supports Demining of Ukraine!
Officially, 30% of the territory of Ukraine is mined. This is close to the size of the entire state of Florida or two times the size of Austria. Millions of people are endangered daily by doing simple activities like returning from work, playing outside with kids, farming, riding a bike, or fishing.
Please, donate towards humanitarian demining of Ukraine! We directly help the units doing the God’s work of demining, and there are simple things that might save their lives and make their work easier, safer and quicker!
To help them, please add “Humanitarian Demining” in the comment to your transaction. THANK YOU!

In the face of these alarming statistics, Ukrainian deminers are doing a heroic job every day: investigating, searching, and defusing all the remnants of war, usually reported by civilians who were lucky to be cautious enough to notice something amiss.
At Dzyga’s Paw, we are committed to addressing this urgent issue. Working in direct collaboration with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) and Ukrainian Army units engaged in humanitarian demining operations, our mission is to make Ukraine safer and protect the lives and well-being of Ukrainian civilians. Our projects and initiatives exemplify our unwavering commitment to this cause.
As we are Ukrainians, land mines and war remnants directly affect each of us and our families. We want Ukraine to be safe for normal life – for us, our families, and our compatriots. We believe that humanitarian demining saves lives, and we and this is our mission.

100 multitools to demine Ukraine
Our commitment to humanitarian demining is exemplified by projects like “100 Multitools to Demine Ukraine.” Through this initiative, we supplied 100 Leatherman EOD multitools to seven Ukrainian Emergency Services Units. These multitools are essential for demining crews operating in recently liberated areas, ensuring they have the necessary equipment to carry out their vital work safely.

Meet the Deminers
Vlad
For a decade, Vlad has served as an emergency response officer with the State Emergency Office of Ukraine. His primary role is to rescue civilians and provide essential first aid during emergencies. Since the outbreak of the conflict, Vlad has shifted his focus to demining the recently liberated territories. He tirelessly supplies Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) personnel with the essential equipment they need to carry out their challenging tasks. After the conflict ends, Vlad dreams of opening a small turtle farm and contributing his knowledge and efforts to the development of Ukraine.
Max
Meet Max, a dedicated and highly skilled platoon commander in his early twenties with a solid military education in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and military engineering. Max’s commitment to protecting Ukrainian land, people, and culture is unwavering.
Max’s role as a platoon commander places him at the forefront of EOD operations, where he and his team are responsible for investigating, searching, and defusing explosive remnants of war. His dedication to this vital work is evident in the risks he faces daily to make Ukraine safer.
Outside of his duty, Max is a close friend of Dimko Zhluktenko, the founder of Dzyga’s Paw. Together, they share a vision of not only protecting their homeland but also contributing to the development of Ukraine after the conflict ends.
At Dzyga’s Paw, we recognize the importance of EOD work and value the commitment of officers like Max. We are dedicated to providing Max’s unit with all the necessary equipment to ensure their safety and effectiveness in the field. Our mission is to equip deminers like Max with the best equipment tailored to their specific needs.
